Thomas Creech has been a lawyer since 1997. His family’s roots in the legal profession date back to the early 1900’s when his great-grandfather began practicing law. Thomas Creech began his legal career in the courtroom serving as a law clerk to a judge. After his experience as a judicial law clerk, Thomas Creech became a prosecutor where he worked with law enforcement to seek justice in the courtroom on behalf victims of crime.
Since 2003, Thomas Creech has been actively involved in representing individuals and families in serious personal injury cases such as motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, wrongful death cases, premises liability cases, medical malpractice cases, products liability cases, and cases of false arrest. Ultimately, Thomas Creech enjoys using the advocacy skills he has gained over the course of his 20 year legal career in the courtroom, and at the negotiating table, to help his clients in their unique situations.

Thomas Creech has extensive courtroom experience appearing in front of juries and judges. As a former prosecutor in the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, he handled almost every type of case from simple DUI cases to murder. Furthermore, Thomas Creech has received extensive training in trial advocacy within the internal training system of the District Attorney’s Office as well formal trial advocacy classes from the National Advocacy Center and the American Association of Justice. Additionally, he has tried numerous cases to verdict in the courtroom. He brings his training and actual courtroom experience, both as a law clerk and a trial lawyer, to the negotiating table.
Thomas Creech is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in South Carolina and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia.

Thomas Creech was born and raised in Greenville, SC where he and his wife now reside. Moreover, as a father of three children, Mr. Creech is actively involved in the Upstate community. And, he spends his free time volunteering with his children’s sports teams as well as serving on the board of the local little league. Thomas and his wife are also very involved at the schools their children attend. Additionally, Mr. Creech is an active and life-long member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church in Greenville.
Mr. Creech has been admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C. and has been admitted pro hac vice in the federal court in the Northern District of Indiana. In addition, he has received a Distinguished Rating with Very High Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards from Martindale Hubbell as well as the Martindale Client Distinction award.
Also, he is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), as well as the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. In 2012, Thomas Creech was recognized by the American Association for Justice National College of Advocacy as an Advocate for the completion of continuing legal education hours in advocacy programs.
